Writing
On Saturday me and nan had to do the scrap run.
Click click, nan just got a text “ come get some scraps for the pigs” nanny Foot texted.
We got up early to go get the scraps for the pigs BUT when we got there we had to take the BIG RED MACHINE to our house so we could cook the scrapes up for the pigs. The BIG RED MACHINE is a big red truck. The big truck has a big loud noise. The truck is for scraps. Whenever my nan goes to Paihia he would always get scraps and bread and put it on the back of the truck.
When we got home I had to get some drums to put the scraps in so it will be easy for me to take over to the burner. When we were finished with the BIG RED MACHINE we took it back to my nanny foots house
Shortly after that we started to burn the fire. We put some water in the drums so that the Bottom of the drum don't burn. Then went to get some scraps and put it in the drum so it can cook for my 2 pigs. They are girl pigs. In the scraps were Cabbage and rotten corn.
When we were finished a little tiny drop of water from in the trees came down and landed on my face. then 1,2,3 water dropping down from the sky. So me and nan hopped on the quad and I parked it in the shed and nan was on the back.
Me and nan went inside and had a shower.
I will always remember that day when it started to pour down because it will always my google docs.

My book review
My book review
The Ski Trip.
Last week I've been reading The Ski Trip by Dave Armstrong.
This book is about this boy called Anthony that don't have any money for The Ski Trip. And he don't have a dad like his friend Jevan. Anthony decide to mow lawns pick fruit off the ground and weed places. When he checked his monthly target and he had enough money for the Ski Trip. He got 5 dollars an hour.
How he worked it out by working an hour so he could get some money.
My favourite part was Anthony getting some money an hour so he could go touch snow for the first time.
